This. I can't bring myself to root for any team from Dallas. Typically I also dislike any team from Los Angeles. Other than that, I root against specific teams moreso than a specific city.

Yea, we're pretty weird in that aspect. We hate the Falcons but love the Braves.

I root against teams because of the fan base most of the time. All Philly teams have the worst fan bases i've ever seen.
ESPN has also deterred me from a bunch of teams. The Memphis Grizzlies could win the NBA championship in a 4 game sweep, and Tom Brady could get a haircut on the same day, and somehow/some way the front page on ESPN will be about the "new look" Patriots.

I have always found this strange but let it slide bc I'd rather have support for the Braves then none.
I dislike any team from NOLA which is strange bc I a)have very good friends from there and b)actually love the city of NOLA

I hate all NY/NJ/Philly teams and especially the shitebag Redskins. I used to hate the Raiders growing up, now I have a friend that plays for them. :csb

Philly has the worst fans by far. People say the braves have bad fans based on low attendance, but Atlanta is a transient city. Most braves fans don't live in Atlanta. The ones that do make it to the stadium are great fans and you can't hold it against them that a lot of atlantans arent fans and that most of the fans are spread out all across the south because for many years the braves were the only team in the south.
