Not enough seperation in all scenarios after the lebron pick of the players

Agreed. There isn't enough separation in players 3-10 to make up the difference between having LeBron and not having LeBron.

A is the better team in that scenario and would win by 10+

I wouldn't be to sure about that.

The only position "A" has an advantage in is the PG position, but LeBron would have fits trying to guard CP3 as well.

Durant and Harden would have a field day going to the hoop because "A" has absolutely no rim defense. While Team "B" has the best rim defender in the league so that would help a lot.

"B" has 3 of the best 4 defenders overall.

Love and Aldridge is a good match up, but Love is a better rebounder and he can spread the floor to the 3pt line to keep Aldridge honest.

Howard is just straight up better than Cousins in all categories that matter for centers. We also all know that Cousins is considered one of the worst defensive centers in the whole league.

Team "B":
-- Has the most efficient PG, SG, SF, and PF in the league from this past season.
-- Has the league MVP.
-- Is likely to have all 5 guys on All-NBA teams.
-- Is likely to have 3 guys on All-Defensive teams.

EDIT: With 5 top 10 scorers who all attempted at least 16.8 FGA per game with 4 of those guys attempting more than 1350 shots Team "A" would be better off with Noah or Gasol at C. There wouldn't be enough shots to go around to make Cousins (who took more shots per game than James Harden) effective.

Good write up and I agree. That series would be an absolute dog fight. Give me a healthy Rondo on team B instead of CP3 though. Just personal preference.

Rondo would fit, but the only advantage Rondo has is his length. CP3 is a superior PG by a good margin.

Team A gets to draft at spots 1, 6, 7, 9,10
Team B gets to draft at spots 2, 3, 4, 5, 8

1.) Lebron
2.) Durant
3.) Paul
4.) Dwight
5.) Davis
6.) Love
7.) Westbrook
8.) Harden
9.) Curry
10.) Aldrige

Lebron
Love
Westbrook
Curry
Aldrige

Durant
Paul
Dwight
Davis
Harden

Melo and George are the first two out.

Both teams are sick but I'd take team B.
