For being withdrawn from school in the 2nd semester of his senior year for sexual assault he and his lawyer argue was consensual.

LINK

They girl came to his house undressed got into his bed on 4 different occasions. It's amazing how the PC crew and SJW condemn people without the facts.

It's a shame this young man can't play in the ncaa tournament and even more that he can't finish his sr year and graduate from Yale.

She voluntarily came to his room
Voluntarily took off all of her clothes.

I may sound crazy but if a girl getting butt naked in your bed isn't consent I guess we need to do like PC principal on South Park and have signed consensual consent forms every time anyone has sex

100%

that's the biggest issue with all of this

sadly, these stories also show how malleable our mind/memories can be. once a counselor or friend starts delivering the belief, it doesn't take much other than reinforcement for a false memory to be made. then the alleged victim truly believes they are a victim

On the fourth occasion, she joined him in bed, voluntarily removed all of her clothes, and they had sexual intercourse. Then they got up, left the room and went separate ways.

The sole dispute is as to the sexual intercourse in the fourth episode. She stated that she did not consent to it. He said that she did.

Later that same night, she reached out to him to meet up, then returned to his room voluntarily, and spent the rest of the night in his bed with him.

A year later she reported the incident.

Yeah, that story makes sense.

she probably claims she was drunk. that sounds just like the concordia university scandal

that case has texts from the girl to the guy about sleeping with him that night

Girls tend to let their emotions get into play sometimes when they have sex early in relationships or even just casual sex. Especially if alcohol is involved.

@ Yale

Assuming those are the facts, I have a feeling Yale will be settling soon.

I'm sorry but it's the guy's fault. He should have had the girl sign a 'Consent to have Sex' contract, then have it notarized and co-signed by at least two witnesses.

Wait, he was kicked out before a court case occurs? Guilty before proven innocent? This is a frickin problem!

Yale can do whatever they want - he doesn't have a right to go to school there...albeit he earned a vested interest in getting a degree due to 90% tuition paid and 90% credits earned.

The school said, "preponderance of the evidence" against the basketball player...which probably translates to:

He said: 49%
She said: 51%

End of investigation.
