i think he stays 1 more year, maybe even 2 but no more. He is going to be very selective on where he goes. he isnt just gonna jump at any big job.

He should jump to any big name that offers him. There’s no guarantee the school he’s at will have the same amount of success next year and make his stock go down. Strike while the iron is hot.

While true, they have way more resources than others in the conference, they love where they live and love the school for their little girl. He is paid extremely well and can afford to be patient and wait for right situation

I guess I was thinking from a monetary standpoint, but if he and his family are happy there then that’s very important.
