I think the main issue would be his method. There is a HUGE difference in motivating a group of young ladies and young men.

I would be he is method is very "my way or the highway." Elite mens basketball players arrive on campus with an ego, a coach must run a delicate balance between the players needs and bringing him into the team first philosophy.

What is the graduation rate among NCAA women's b-ball players? IIRC, it's quite high meaning it has to be a little easier not having to worry about players leaving early.
