Do you people actually think this argument through and what the potential outcome of this is?

Ohio St getting in over Penn St if they win makes no sense. The ONLY thing Ohio St has over Penn St is 1 less loss. Penn St beat Ohio St, regardless of you whether or not Ohio St is better this happened, and Penn St won the Big 10. They play in the same conference and that should matter. If Penn St was in the ACC this would be a different argument, but them being in the Big 10 make them the choice over Ohio St whether or not you want to believe it or not. Ohio St is the better team, but head to head match ups need to start mattering more or else this becomes a slippery slope and implodes.

And I want Ohio St to go... I want to see them lose to Alabama so the guys at work will shut up about how holier they are in terms of everyone else.

I want my CFP this year to have Saban, Urban, Harb, and Dabo. The egos will be fun to watch.

Saban wouldn't pay attention to any of them. Urban would be making smug faces while trying to keep his heart from bursting. Dabo would be leading chants and passing out party hats. Harbs would be eating glue in the corner.

OSU has a win over Michigan, a win over Wisconsin (will be cancelled out if PSU wins this weekend) and a win over OU on the road.

All 3 of those wins and 1 less loss say you're way wrong

Wrong. Saban will be yelling at Lane when Jalen throws an INT.

The Wisc win would be cancelled out. What about PSU's win over OSU?

OSU has a win over OU....and PSU has a win over OSU, the division, and the conference. And they destroyed Iowa(who beat Michigan) and destroyed MSU(who OSU DAMN NEAR LOST TO).

And y'all want that OU win to trump everything? OU probably sucked arse at the beginning of the year.

Every game you've mentioned for PSU Are their home games.

I think why I'm trolling so hard is I had assumed we'd have 3-4 losses going on the road against OU, Wisky, PSU, Michigan St and playing a senior laden Michigan team.

We replaced 16 starters and that schedule had a mediocre season all over it.

We have so much over achieved with these factors that I can't imagine not reaching the playoffs with what they've accomplished.

Caught my eye because I'm not sure there's a functional difference. Clicked.

I did notice the home game thing. But damn, that's just the way things shake out sometimes. Next year they'll have those games on the road.

I have nothing against OSU. Thought Alabama would beat them in 2014 and was dead wrong. I'm wrong all the damn time OSU might beat em this year, idk. I just don't think OSU deserves to make it in unless PSU does as well.

I'll root for Washington to lose so you won't have to worry about getting in

I think these posters think that Penn St lost to the Steelers not the Panthers.

When you lose to the team that you're comparing to? The same team that won the division and conference you're in?

We're not comparing OSU to Colorado here.

God, I hope Penn state wins by 3 TDs this weekend and jumps OSU. The melt will be glorious if OSU gets left out

No one has answered my reason for this thread.

Playoff Unis:

Option 1- scarlet & gray

Option 2 - white & gray

So that win over Oklahoma @ Oklahoma doesn't mean anything? or that loss to Pitt doesn't mean anything? Why play anyone decent OOC?

Sure. About as much as Alabama's win over USC.

And that isn't as much as PSU's head to head win over OSU. The division. Or conference.

Guess that loss to Penn St can get thrown out too. And let's ignore the fact that Pitt also handed Clemson their only loss. Real terrible team there.

You people amaze me haha.
