There is always plenty to choose from but I think the few that stand out

Kent Hrbeck tag play, he picked up the runner then tagged him out on a pickoff. (Cards fans)
Denkinger/Worrell (Cards fans)
Infield Fly (Braves fans)
Patrick Peterson no interception(LSU fans)
Claiborne interception (Bama fans)
Renfro no TD (Houston fans)

This thread ends with mizzou v colorado 5th down.

No other officiating mistake comes even close.

Sure it does because that did not cost MU a championship. The Jefferey Maier interference cost Baltimore a playoff game. Denkinger cost the Cards a WS title.

What made the 5th down even worse was they made CU come back out to kick the PAT. That is totally not supposed to happen either.

When Ben Watson stripped Champ Bailey in the 05 postseason. That ball went out of the endzone, touch back.

Some Bama fans claim that it was a catch, interference, facemask.

The 2004 no call in the endzone was way worse.

Was that the game at Auburn with JaMarcus at QB?

Yessir it was.

They threw the flag in real time and then decided to pick it up after some discussion. Obviously not the worst call in sports history, but these threads tend to bias to who you are a fan of. And I'll never get over this one.

The Packers/Seattle non-pick was awful.

I hate the Cowgirls and think the Dez call was karma for the week prior, but they got robbed against the Pack.

Which one? The Hrbeck call looking back at it was offset by the call in game 3 or 4 when they called a Twins runner at the plate safe (he was clearly safe). It caused a man in Minnesota to have a heart attack and die actually. The Worrell call to this day makes me want to puke.

Corey webster should have gotten a PI on his INT vs alabama in 2004. That was pretty bad

It was the Braves wasn't it. I thought it was 87. My bad.
