This is my first time to win the lottery selection. To anyone that has been, what are some must see things to do? The wife and I are wanting to make a week of it.

Just curious, did you request 4 or 2 tickets when you entered lotto?
Posted on 8/3/15 at 6:25 pm to woff32
What comes with it? Just the ability to buy tickets?

Stay somewhere close the night before and get there to watch the par 3 contest. Not too many guys are practicing that day but definitely walk the entire course. After that I'd stay on Atlanta just to have more options for things to do.

I requested the max amount for all the days. I just have the rights to buy the 4 tickets.

Me and my brother and sister in law stayed in Athens in 2014. It's 1.5 hours from augusta. We had a blast. Got 2 Thursday round tickets this year.

Went there a half dozen years ago for a Month nay practice round. Had unreasonably high expectations. Those expectations were greatly exceeded.
At the course:
1. Walk every hole.
2. Eat a pimento and cheese sandwich. They cost like $2.00
3. Have photo taken with your back to Magnolia Lane and with your back to the flagpole in front of the clubhouse.
4. Buy what you want, within reason, in the pro shop. This place wouldn't dare price gouge,
5. Admire the prettiest grass, the most colorful grounds and the most well manicured golf course in the world,

I wouldn't make a week off of a Wednesday ticket but a 3-4 day vacation would be cool.

You're not missing out.
a spread or relish made with cheese. It is affectionately known as "the caviar of the South". The basic recipe has few ingredients: sharp cheddar cheese or processed cheese (such as Velveeta or American cheese), mayonnaise, pimentos, salt and pepper, blended to either a smooth or chunky paste. Regional ingredients include cream cheese, Louisiana-style hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika, jalapeños, onions, garlic, and dill pickles.
Caviar of the South is another way of saying poor.
