Wawrinka vs Djokovic match is scheduled to start at 8:00 local time. The stupid curfew is 11:00.

Can't decide if we see Stan steal a set and force a curfew delay. Or Djokovic not f-ing around and trying to finish in less than 3 hours.

Eubanks has earned himself a cool $265,788 (so far). That'll go a long way.

ETA: Oops, 168K thus far. The above is if he wins against O'Connell

A huge chunk of change for a player who earned a combined $300k in 2022.

And his run this year might be a huge pivot point in his career. He was still playing Challengers and Qualifying matches earlier in the year. Now, he's into the Top 40 and can get direct entry to any tournament.

Let's see him win it all and jump into the Top 15, lol.

Exactly. Sandgren was certainly struggling to pay rent his first four years on tour and he ended up making 3.5 mill in his career.

I didn't think he could get this done by curfew, but he's a wrecking ball.

Djokovic looks unstoppable. In other news, the sun will set in the west.

Novak said screw your curfew rule. Going for the 3-0 win in less than 2 hours.

That was a clutch finish. Looks like some rain tomorrow, so that top half will be back to playing catchup again for a few days.

Wawrinka lost his nerve completely at 5-3 on serve in the breaker — two horrific unforced errors at a crucial moment when he could have really put the pressure on and perhaps win the set. He would not have won the match anyways but would have been nice to maybe see a 4th set of the two veterans. Wawrinka is a great player who has had a terrific career, but I don’t think he was being facetious when he said he had no shot in the match. He has aged a bit and his best tennis is far behind him, and I think he knows this. He did not play terribly in sets 1 and 3, Djoker was just too solid.

No one is beating Djoker in this tournament — it’s basically a fight for the runner up trophy. He usually starts slower and drops a couple sets early in a major, but he hasn’t done that at all. He’s been so solid from the first match and has not looked beatable. Not only has he not dropped a set, I don’t believe his service has been broken through the first 3 matches. He did not face a single break point against Stan. It will take a Herculean performance from anyone left in the draw to beat him.

McEnroe said during the broadcast that Djokovic might be playing the best tennis of his career right now. Really hard to argue against that with how sharp he's looked.

Steamrolled Wawrinka in 2h10 minutes today. Thompson played out of his mind and still couldn't take a set.

He slept walked through his opener vs Cachin and has been nails since.

I think I’m the only person in the world who isn’t really impressed with anything he’s done at Wimbledon.

First 2 matches were very tight and today Stan served at 42% for an entire match, which is absurdly horrendous, and he still should have won the 3rd set tiebreaker.

I mean he’s the best grass player but he’s supposed to be obliterating these guys with average serves. If he crushes Hurkacz and Bublik then I’ll come back and apologize.

I thought he was very solid against Thompson, but he also had the benefit of a guy who wasn't going to break him.

Hurkacz looks good and I would maybe bet on him against anyone else there right now, but his poor return and Novak's GOAT return is just a bad matchup. Also, once the rally is on shot five or six, Hubie is in big trouble unless he can get in close at the net.

Paul was down 4-1 in 3rd-set breaker and takes it 7-5. Wonder if he can come back from 2-0 down.

They would still have to admit he’s the GOAT right? I mean you can’t say it’s Laver.
