Yea, I'm sure they didn't want shaq or Dwight in Orlando, or LeBron and kyrie in Cleveland, oden and Durant in Portland and seattle. I guess they forgot to rig those...

Exactly Milwaukee will have a top 4 pick. They will have one of Exum, Embiid, parker, or Wiggins

Why the hell would they rig it for LA when they could more realistically give it to Boston? Yeah, LA is a bigger market, but the Clippers are doing alright right now. The Celtics have as much history as the Lakers and a pretty damn big following as well.
