The Cavs are a really good team when they are healthy. Last year they were up 2-1 on the Warriors with it basically being LeBron and Mozgov against GS.

This team will give fits to both the Warriors and the Thunder

and the Warriors just had the single greatest season in the history of the sport based off what they learned in games 4-6 of last year's finals

Gotcha. So technically the answer to his question is no one has ever actually started

Sometimes it's better to have a loss or two. Keeps you hungry. But Cleveland looks very serious right now.

and then they changed everything and went through the cavs in the three final games

They won the next three more due to the fatigue of a 6-7 man rotation (mainly 6), and role players not stepping up, than GS figuring shite out. It was a combination of both. They still lost those two games and almost lost the first in regulation. But continue to use that as a sticking point and ignore what actually happened.

And the Cavs are?

I would be surprised if anyone takes the Warriors past 6 games

Funny because no analysts, commentator, or "expert" is saying this

you're right. Them winning 73 games this year on the back of the lineup that they turned to starting after game 3 had no effect whatsoever. It's just a crazy coincidence that lineup has turned out to be, statistically, one of the greatest ever

What did they need to learn exactly? That Dellavedova isn't in the same realm as Irving? I'm not even a Cavs fan. James/Irving/Love can flat out ball. LeBron having those two healthy is deadly.

that when they want to go small and play with Draymond at the 5 and bring out igoudala that they have, statistically, one of the greatest lineups ever

and I'm not denying that. It just so happens that the Warriors have the single biggest mismatch that they can go to

Cavs don't get beat how they got beat if they had a full healthy team. I'm sorry you can't comprehend that. Cavs were in every single game at the end of the half, fatigue had a lot to do with it. The team we have seen in the playoffs is head and shoulders above last years.

If the Cavs beat them, there will be some serious back pedaling and excuses being thrown around on this board.

I'm sorry you can comprehend that the cavs probably get swept last year had the Warriors realized they had the lineup of death prior to game 1 to combine with all of the injuries that the cavs had

and this warrior team isn't better than last year's team?

The basis of their game plan was to wear the Cavs 6 man rotation out. They wouldn't have been able to do that v a healthy Cavs team and won't be able to this year with how much rest the Cavs are getting.

No, just no. If you can't understand that that lineup was used to tire the Cavs out then I'm done arguing with you. They were pretty fresh at the beginning of the finals. Things happen for a reason.

Oh for sure, I never said Cavs would win but I wouldn't bet money on either. This beat down talk is nonsense

Agreed and as weird as it sounds the Cavs IMO have a better shot at beating The Warriors than the Thunder.....

You do realize they only do this for like 2 minutes per quarter right?

No one is denying GS bench play, every body on that team can score. I was just referencing last years Finals. We are seeing what a healthy Cavs team can do. I guarantee that the Cavs out rebound either team in the Finals. I'm not saying that Cleveland is going to win it all (even though they were my guess against the Spurs) but they aren't going to be a pushover in any game, barring injuries.
