Its hard to tell what a guys NBA game will be like when he comes from a program like Jimmer did this year. If he was playing at Duke or NC we would get a better look at his all round game. He played huge minutes at BYU and his job was to score half the points. Not that I think he will be a great defender but defense in college doesnt keep guys from getting drafted.

You can't underestimate his ability to score. His range and offensive ability will keep him a late lottery pick

I hope he does really well, but I keep thinking Adam Morrison when I watch Fredette play...just keeps popping up...

i can see that comparison, but the one thing he has over Morrison is his ability to create his own shot as well as handle the ball

Have you seen him play defense? If he doesn't get drafted, that's the reason.
He get's ISO every possession he's in there in the NBA. And most NBA guards would take him easily.

I know he's a fabulous scorer, but I have heard he has trouble with defense. Obviously that can be taught by a good coach, but I would think that'd be the reason he may slip in the draft.
