It'll happen the last couple games so that fisher can go "oh we've got a young guy, you don't want to mess with his development by firing me"

Because the offensive line sucks.

Just look at Derek Carr's brother, getting destroyed ruined him.

Fisher just signed an extension this year.

He's got at least 2 more years.

I have to think Goff looks horrendous in practice, otherwise it really makes no sense to keep throwing Keenum out there.

I'm in the minority here but I don't think Keenum is playing terrible. He's dealing with a lot of drops from WRs and that O-line isn't looking good. If they created some semblance of a hole for Gurley then the Rams could easily have 2 more wins than they do right now. So are we clamoring for Goff if the Rams are 5-3? I don't think so.

They've said that as long as there is still something to play for, you won't see Goff. The NFC playoff picture is pretty up in the air right now...therefore, so is Goff's future this season.

not Case. I've layed a lot of money on the Rams this year so far so I've watched a ton of their games. Like the guy above me said, if this were a 1 or 2 win team then we'd be seeing Goff. They're still in playoff contention as they have the Jets, Dolphins and Saints coming up. That stretch can make or break them. Look for Goff if they get completely out of the playoff picture.

they will play goff, but probably not till week 10-12.

this way, when he fails, they can say he needs more experience. buys them more time.

if they put him in and he fails early in season, like he will(guys not very good), they all get exposed( fish and gm)

Fisher doesn't even hide his distaste for rookie QB's. shite, he didn't even want Goff, he wanted Jalen Ramsey instead. If I was a Rams fan, I don't know if I'd even want Goff in right now because he'd just be fed to the wolves at this point. On top of that, their offensive coordinator is a moron so not sure I'd want him in until there was a regime change.
