Why is USC even ranked?

While I understand that they are ranked last I don't get how they can even be ranked at all other than the media pushing for this.

It is ridiculous for them to even be ranked after losing at home to an un-ranked Arizona when they were barely in the top 15.

How can the media not acknowledge their bias towards USC?

Or because the computers like them. Computers don't listen to the media.

they are 8-4 with a win over tOSU

there conference was actually stronger than past seasons

without even looking what are they ranked 23 or so, seems fair to me.

A case can be made for all teams ranked near 25

USC's ranking is fair and who cares where USC is ranked...why does it matter where USC is ranked.

USC is ranked 26 and 27th in the polls and 19 in the computers so there goes that theory

Stop it. I wanted to see how many frothing at the mouth tards would sign up before I actually posted the results. Of course my original post probably hampered that.

Didn't check the computer polls. But still don't think the Pac-10 was that great this year besides Oregon and Stanford. Either way 19 even in computer polls is still to high when you are 6th in your conference and your most convincing wins are against Cal, ND, and San Jose State

Come on now, you know you guys are our official rivals that we never play. Next year you'll find hundreds of USC threads each month.

I just have always found that they seem to be rated higher than I think they should be. No matter who they lose to or how they lost for some reason they stay ranked.

It just seems to obvious that their is some sort of bias to keeping USC relevant.

Well they are 8-4. I have no problem with it.They would be the 4th best team in the SEC.

This would be relevant if they weren't unranked by the media polls and they were only ranked because of the computers.

Man, did this thread fail hard or what?

they dropped off this year but id still pick them over most teams in the top 25 outside of the top 10.

Do you honestly think Wisconsin, Central Michigan, and East Carolina are better team than USC?

Plus most convincing wins line was epic fail
