This is the main reason I don't watch CFB. The QBs are so shitty.

ETA: A downvote? Like there's any debate.

This is true but it's offset somewhat by the rule changes that make it easier for QBs to succeed. Blake Bortles obviously has nowhere near the tools that John Elway had, yet threw for more yards this year than Elway ever did

It's too easy to throw the ball now, look at how today's QBs stack up against the All timer great passers. All of these current QBs are top 10 in all time passer rating:

Rodgers
Wilson
Romo
Manning
Brady
Brees
Rivers
Roethlisberger

8 of the 10 top passer ratings of all time are current players.

You dont "Offensive geniuses" & " modern nutrition"? (Sarcasm)

I understand the League opening the game up ,but the rule changes to increase passing have nearly killed balance / run game/ physicality.

I find the dink & dump passing & inability to breathe on a receiver beyond 5 yards boring.

Ihe rule changes to aid Offenses & protect Offensive players is staggering.

It's not a "terrible" product but it's definitely slipped.

The rules and such make the nfl players look like robots.

Exactly. Everyone's offense looks more or less the same. With college you can get a variety of offenses. Pro style, air raid, triple option, power option, read option, multiple, one back, and even multiple.

What irritates me the most about it is how brazen they are in the pursuit of a buck.

There's nothing wrong with pursuing a buck but you are supposed to not act like every breath you take is in pursuit of one.

The other thing is this silly "Big Game" bullshite.

It's not. I don't have a team and I love the NFL. These have been some of the best playoffs I've ever seen.

TV ratings and league income would disagree with you.
