WTF? If you're going to try and use a stat to damn somebody why don't you get it right. He only took 4 shots in OT. Cavs as a team only took 9 shots in OT.

You are right about his volume of shots and efficiency, but his distributing is just as high as normal if not better. Until this game anyway.

This. If be did the game was over because it would've been a lay up or a foul

Yep. I don't get it, he's nearly unstoppable when he's got a head of steam and attacks the rim. He either makes a layup, dunks, or gets the foul. Why would d he not attack the rim?

He took a Golden State team that has lost 3 home games all year(including playoffs) to overtime. His game plan worked. Wait until he actually gets blown out, loses a couple games, or loses at home to start complaining.

Look the last shot was terrible. But it failed because they didn't run a play a gave the ball to Lebron at the top of the key. Late in the game it isn't going to be possible to "just drive the lane and get layup". He defense clamps down at that point. That is why in almost every last shot situation you have to settle for an outside shot

I was more disappointed that the play was at the left wing...where LeBron was missing the majority of his 3s.

He wants so badly to be Kobe
Why would he want to take a step back?

Literally the only thing Kobe has on LeBron is 3 more rings in which he wasn't even the MVP of because he was given arguably the most dominate big man of all time.

Careers
27-7-7.. 6 of 14 game winning/tying shots in playoffs
25-5-5.. 5 of 22 game winning/tying shots in playoffs

There is nothing Kobe has done better than LeBron other than team up with the best big man of the past 30 years.

Having a coach with absolutely no authority doesn't help either. It's his job to get the entire team involved.

IT'S ALWAYS THE COACH. It has been that way with like 10 different coaches he's been with.

The excuses are tired. It's the coach, then it's the players, then it's the refs. It never ends.

So you think it is an excuse to say the warriors and the spurs were way better when Lebron lost to them in the finals? The Mavs I admit Lebron dissapeared. But the other two it isnt an excuse man, his team wasnt good enough

You seem to mistake excuses and explanations.

Has Lebron had better coaches and players than MJ and Kobe, yes or no?

If it was just once or twice, yeah, shite happens. But it's ALWAYS an excuse. The coaches are never good enough, the players are never good enough. Hell even with 3 perennial all stars on his team, the defenders still said he needed more help.

Funny how this is a totally different discussion if either of the last two shots of regulation go in.

Look, I am sorry you dont like rational explanations

2007= No freaking chance to win because his team sucked

2011= The explanation is Lebron disappeared

2012= Win with the better team

2013= Lebron played unreal in game 6 and 7 and teammates stepped up and they beat a slightly better team

2014= Lost to a better team where Lebron still played great and was the best player on the court, but his team disappeared this time

2015= Lebron has 42 points on 50% and it still isnt enough because his team is nowhere close to Golden State

Plese tell me how these logical explanations are excuses

He won 2 titles with those guys, if the lightbulb isn't going off in your head at this point, not sure else how to help you.

The excuses for how Kobe is better than LeBron are what are old.

"He can't carry a team the way Kobe does."- LeBron takes '07 Cleveland to the finals with Larry Hughes as his best option.
"He can't win a championship."- Wins two.
"He's not clutch."- Shoots a better percentage and has more game winning/tying shots in the playoffs.
"He's not as good a scorer as Kobe."- Averages more points, rebounds, and assists than Kobe.

I do not defend LeBron against Jordan. Anyone who tries to put him or Kobe above Jordan is delusional and probably doesn't follow basketball closely.
