I've seen both Kaepernick supporters and Kaepernick detractors start threads and have moronic hawt taeks.

My bias is just being apathetic about it. It took me a couple of threads to figure out nobody even cares if the guy is good at football, they just want to be for or against his political stances. If I'm under stating the issue, that's why.

exactly, because people still care about the issue. This is a board with a lot of posters from every slice of life, this is a great example of how people still absolutely care about this shite

They need to quit bringing politics into sports.

This board is obviously left of TD as a whole. I have no idea how that's debatable.

Im guessing you just skip over the ESPN "LIBERAL MEDIA" weekly threads?

I'd have to agree with you on this

Just goes to show how stupid some of you are and how bad your comprehension skills are. Colin Kaepernick's kneeling during the times the anthem played had nothing to do with Blacks feeling oppressed. Lmao

Why Can't ESPN stop talking about Kaepernick ? You would think Colin Kaepernick was Nelson Mandela or Dr. Martin Luther King. Nobody owes anybody anything. frick Colin ! I am sure that he isn't driving a 1983 Toyota tercel with 300k miles on it. I am so tired of ESPN and their political agenda nonsense.

much like absolutely nothing has happened in N.Orleans since the statutes were torn down. Big picture, no one cares.

Exactly, the NFL is about making $, the only reason they ever started playing the national anthem was for marketing.... why don't people understand this?

So white guys cannot stand against the government execution of citizens without due process? Every citizen should be agaibst it, especially paranoid NRA members.

Good to see these guys get a chance to kneel during a football game. They never have that opportunity in the fourth quarter.

Because they want to?

It's comical how much ESPN is hyping the kneel downs because it's a shitty MNF in the preseason. Most people just don't care anymore.

If most people didn't care, why is Kaepernick considered a distraction and why is he not on a NFL roster?

Kaepernick is an idiot.

I wish other idiots would quit making him relevant by giving him attention.

I wish the focus was more on the actual football about to start and not various assorted pregame monkeyshines by select individuals.

For frick's sake, asking to keep politics out of sports isn't asking for much, goddammit

Two counter arguments. The Castro shite one hundred percent kept him out of the running for MIA. Also, plenty of players are doing demonstrations and are still on their respective teams. Hell, Bennett protested all year with the Pats and signed a contract with the Packers.
