Pretty sure Crosby's won a lot of his fights.. At least that's what YouTube would have me believe.

Then youtube is lying. Crosby is the kind of guy who picks fight and then lets his enforcer fight for him. He's a little punk. Then again, have someone else fight your fights for you is a page from the Wayne Gretzky/Marty McSorely textbook.

The modern guy who has the most skill but can still eff you up a la Gordie Howe is clearly Jarome Iginla. But guys just don't fight as much in the modern NHL. As much hand-wringing as there is, this ain't 1975 anymore. It's not even 1995.

Scott Stevens wasn't a big fighter, but he could hit like a ton of bricks. His closest modern day comp is Chara, who also doesn't fight a ton, but who would be dumb enough to do that?

Gretky didn't have someone fight his fights in the sense that he got into something and then backed out.

The guy weighed about 150.

O'Reilly really was fearless. The guy had to have a screw loose

His nickname was 'Taz' for Tasmanian Devil.

Reasonable call on both him and Orr, who was perfectly capable of mixing it up and taking care of himself, but I'll also throw Derek Sanderson into that mix. O'Reilly was never the skill player that some of the other good answers were; more 'highly entertaining' than 'badass'.

But the correct answer is Howe. Everybody else is trying for 'second-most badass player'.

Crosby is a little bitch. He'll take cheap shots to make an opponent angry, then skate away while his goons fight.

These are the only fights Crosby wins. The ones where the other player doesn't know they are fighting.

Here's another of Crosby being a bitch about losing. Crosschecking a guy after the game is over.
