The fact that noone likes Bubba isn't surprising. I thought he came across as a phony jerk the first time I saw him interviewed. And that was long before he won a green jacket.

Without fail, Philip Rivers gets mentioned every time we have this thread. Cracks me up.

He is such a good dude. He even laughs that people hate him in interviews.

Also, a lot of people don't mind Patrick (outside of Haack and his old teammates), he just keeps to himself and really doesn't speak to anyone, at all. Knowing him, pretty well, he's honestly more misunderstood and has a lot of other shite going on that I think makes him that way

I'll add Vijay because I asked him to sign a visor for me during the practice round of the (then) HP Classic (walking from green to tee). Guy snarled, snatched it, signed it, and threw it at my face damn near hard as he could. I yelled out that he cheated in Fiji and every grown man around me applauded. frick Vijay

So you asked for a guys autograph and yet you still antagonized him while doing it...sounds like you are the d-bag

I was a young kid, it was during a practice round, and I politely asked him while he was walking from green to tee (the correct way to go about it). How in the world did I "antagonize" him? If he would have said "not right now," or simply ignored me, I would have completely understood. The fact that a professional athlete intentionally hurled a visor at an 11/12 year old's face is not only unprofessional, it's utterly obscene.

But Ty Cobb is the GOAT of being an a-hole in sports. Came here to post that but James Bond beat me to it.
