As far as contracts actually negotiated on an open market not buying out arb years Beltre's deal has been great for Texas
Rich Hill's deal last year netted them a great 2/3 of a season plus prospects for 6 mil

Those are two good ones. One might even say the contract Hill just signed was pretty value too.

Chris Archer's contract is 6 years, 25.5 Mil. 4.25M a year.
