Jim Thorpe
He won gold medals in the pentathlon and decathlon, in doing so Thorpe won eight of the individual events comprising the pentathlon and decathlon.
Won the NL Pennant with the Giants, not sure if they won the World Series.
Won 3 or 4 APFA titles. The American Professional Football Association, two years later would rename itself as the NFL. Thorpe was named to the very first All NFL team

Steve Hamilton playing in a World Series (with the Yankees, and lost) and in an NBA Finals (with the Lakers, and lost) and the only other person to play in both was Gene Conley, who won both.
Otto Graham is the only other to win pro championships in two major sports.

Lionel Conacher
One of only two men to have his name engraved on both the Stanley Cup and Grey Cup.
He was a member of the Toronto Maple Leafs baseball team that won the International League championship in 1926.
...and he fought Jack Dempsey as an amateur. Look him up!
