So here are the teams projected to win between 82 and 77 games

Pirates
Yankees
Rays
Marlins
O's
Rockies
Diamondbacks
A's
Royals

I want to say Yankees cause they just always are just kinda there at the end of the season, but I think I'm going rockies even if playing the Dodgers and giants so many times can be tough. They have a decent looking team if ian Desmond at first could somehow work out

Yankees won't, complete rebuild and unless Pineda really steps that rotation is meh...

I like Bird over Tex and Sanchez over McCann but replacing Beltran's production from last year may be difficult.

Bullpen will be solid

It's not time to think about Baseball yet, so I haven't looked into it at all but what have the Angels added that has them projected to win 84 games?

I think the real joke is the Astros projected to win 90 games with that rotation

At best its 4th best rotation in the division

I can see the Pirates taking a WC spot if their pitching stays healthy. Cole, Taillon, Glasnow is a nice 1-2-3 and if they can keep turning around Nova, that's not a bad front line.

Adding Bell to that offense, they can make some noise

Is McClutchen done? If he can perform above league average they have the best Of in baseball

I mean, Baltimore won 90 games last year. That division isnt great outside of Boston. TOR took a step back losing E5, Yankees arent good, Rays are terrible

He has regressed each of the past 4 years. His WAR has gone like this : 8.1, 6.3 , 4.9 , -0.7

Pirates.

Rockies have added a couple of pieces, including Desmond and Greg Holland, as well as new manager Bud Black. However, their pitching as a whole will hold them back

I wouldn't predict the Rays to make the playoffs, but I think they may be a touch underrated. I like their staff and they were the most unlucky team in baseball last year. By raw inputs they were an average team (they had pretty much the same wOBA differential as the Rangers), but sequencing killed them.

He also won 4 straight silver sluggers up until last season. I'll give him benefit of the doubt and say he had an off year and is probably still a 3-4 win player.

bad teams are generally unlucky. They have 3, maybe 4 teams in their division that will finish in the top half of the league in runs scored. With the lineup they have the have a very small margin for error.

I think they will pitch but you are asking for Miller to produce another career year and Longo to hit the fountain of youth again. They traded a key cog in Forsythe as well, and lost Steve Pearce(within the division) who gave them good ABS last year.
