He won't get his shot in Seattle and the Seahawks can flip him for some picks as well as dump his salary onto someone else.

Teams:
Chiefs
Bills
Jets
Eagles
Cardinals

I'm thinking 4th.

No way he goes into camp next year with Seattle.

The QB class this draft is weak.

Does a team want to pay for a QB who can't beat out a rookie QB leading the 31st ranked passing office?

Why trade for him when the Seahawks will most likely cut him before next season anyway?

Not like there was a big clamor for him last offseason. Only 2 teams really made any serious offers and Flynn hasn't done anything since then to improve upon that.

He's more of a known quantity than anyone draft eligible.

Someone will grab him, through trade or FA.

Thats not always good. Teams and fans can sell themselves on hope and promise with the unknown a lot easier than the known.

Besides being the known quantity over a draft pick didn't help him out this past year.

Draft picks are too important in the NFL. no one is going to trade a draft pick for Matt Flynn.

Flynn was hurt most of the preseason, and Carroll didn't seem to want him there in the first place. I think the jury is still out. With the abundance of teams that need a QB, and the lack of available options, I'm sure someone will give Flynn a chance.

You didnt really think Pete Carroll was going to let an LSU boy lead his offense, did you?

Better yet, how stupid is Flynn for not going to Miami?

Seattle.. South Beach..

Matt was crazy to choose that miserable place.

Miami low-balled him, didn't even offer him starter money, that's why he went to Seattle. Considering Philbin got to watch Flynn for his whole career until then should tell you a lot about Flynn's value.

Seattle is awesome.

ETA:

And South Beach is trashy and cheesy or a combo of both.

Mid October through the end of the football season? It sucks. Steady drizzle from from October through April.

Great weather from April through October, and, yes, I lived in the area for a year.
