Where does Winston get picked in the draft?

Today's shitastic performance has highlighted one of the less reported stories of the season. Jameis Winston has been pretty damn bad on the field all year. Before this game, he had thrown 19 TDs and 13 INTs. Decent but not incredible YPAs. His only elite numbers were in completion percentage.
He was never a dual threat QB. He isn't a very good pocket QB compared to last year, and off the field, he is a huge liability.
Any chance he gets picked before the 4th round?

That would be an unbelievably bad pick. Can't think of a guy with worse numbers than him getting picked in the first round since Locker/Ponder, and we've seen how that's gone.

maybe he'll stay another year? besides his stats, he has horrible mechanics as well.

They'll need to win another title for that to happen.
Something tells me if they lose in the playoffs or miss them altogether then very quickly, Jameis will get caught jaywalking on campus and Jimbo will use that time to send a message and boot him from the team.

I'd take him as an UDFA, but I'm not wasting a pick on a guy who will get 15 to life before his rookie contract is up.
