while revenge porn is scummy, i find it umpossible that a law banning the spread of your own property could pass constitutional muster
if a girl sends you a pic or you take a pic and she knows (implicit consent), then the pic is your property to do what you wish with it

thats the same opinion the prosecutor in my area holds. but he describes his politics as to the right of hitler.
but just wait until the SJWs get ahold of it. if courts will rule that private companies have to make cakes for people they dont want to make cakes for, then I'm sure a judge somewhere will say you cant share your own property.

I imagine the NFL's punishment scale looks a lot like the scene from Southpark where the guys from Wall Street cut a chicken's head off and make a decision based on where it finally drops dead.

IMO, if she wanted it posted on instagram, she could have posted it there. He shouldn't have the right to broadcast sexually explicit photos to the masses, even if she sent it to him.

Of all the shite things I've done and am willing to do, revenge porn isn't even a consideration. God damn that's horrible IMO. Show my close buddies a few pictures every now and then? Yeah. But posting a girl's shite everywhere? That's beyond fricked up.
