Not a huge deal b/c I can use my brothers DTV but what the hell man? When did this shite start?

apparently all you have to do it pick the Charter Spectrum option to active it.
thanks to nerd guy for filling me in when TWC's own people basically told me "tough shite you dont get that anymore" when I asked their online help.

It had been worked for me fine after week 1. This is total bullshite though. They list it as an app you can use on their web page. TWC is way too fricking expensive for them to start dropping features.

Charter Spectrum is not the same as TWC Spectrum :-/

It's not working no my Roku and there is no option to pick TWC Spectrum when I try to activate it.
The only thing I can think of is my account logged out on the Roku and b/c of the merger w/Charter let their deal lapse?

I have TW spectrum and used the charter spectrum option. Works fine.

would be nice if their useless online help people had known that and told me just to use the charter option instead of saying that it will be fixed by some time in 2018
