they feel like tOSU is the only team out of the conference that could beat Bama so they have to be in. Can't have what happened to Michigan State and Wisconsin last year happen again

TBF, I do think OSU and UM are better than PSU and Wisky. I still think OSU loses to Clemson anyway.

There is no B1G champ right now. So how can you say they picked tOSU over them? Have you seen tomorrow's rankings?

The bigger question is how they are possibly discussing Michigan.

A team that lost 2 of its last 3.

Despite Washington winning last night...

Michigan — despite losing two of its last three games — isn’t done yet.

This week the committee talked about the Wolverines’ “impressive” resume and the small separation between them and Washington.

“It’s razor-thin,” Hocutt said.

Sorting out the Big Ten could dominate the committee’s discussions.

From all sources, it seems the committee is in love with the Big10 this year.

It will be interesting.

(And would Michigan still be ranked ahead of the Big10 winner? Would Michigan go to the Rose Bowl over the Big10 winner?)

Haven't people figured out yet almost the entire reason for the committee's creation in the first place was for the B1G's benefit? When the playoff committee idea was formed the B1G was the worst of the major conferences. Why not just keep the BCS formula and use it to select 4 instead of 2? Because the B1G would have been in danger of being left out.

If you don't think Barry Alvarez is going to use this opportunity to ramrod 2 B1G teams into this year's playoff, I don't know what to tell you.
