I am going to say Washington. They put every starter in the NFL from mid 80's until Pickett ruined it.
Some of their QB's
Pueller
Brunell
Hobert
Tuiassasopo
The Huard's

Miami is the correct answer IMO.
Toretta and Testaverde won Heisman's.

Wikipedia is telling me Purdue.

I think FSU has better claim than Miami
They have 2 heisman's as does Florida.

Cody Pickett kept it going. He was drafted by the 49ers. A QB that started during the season has gone to the NFL every year since 1975 actually. 2004 was the one year where the 1st string QB didn't make it, but the backup ended up making it.
And you left off Warren Moon.

Purdue. No school has produced more Super Bowl winning QBs. Purdue QBs have won more NFL games than any other school, thrown for the most touchdowns and yards in the NFL. Purdue QBs have won more League TD titles (14 through the 2012 NFL season) than any other school.

Plus they had Kelly and Kosar in that same era.

This millennium it's been OU and USC

Why do you say OU?
They've only put Bradford and Jones in NFL, iirc.
Hybl, Huepple, white, Bomar (if he counts) didn't go.

I missed the in the NFL part. 2 Heisman winners and 1 runner up over 8 years is pretty impressive
Although I do think Fitz should have won over White in 03

They got it right with White. He torched people all year.
I get the Fitz argument also.

If you are talking from a strictly college standpoint. I have to say USC. They have had Carson Palmer, Matt Leinart, Matthew Cassel, John David Booty, Mark Sanchez, etc. Unfortunately except Palmer, every single one of these guys were a bust in the league.

Matt cassell never played for USC
And he wasn't a bust in the league

Yeah there really isn't a QB U..
USC had a lot of guys in the league of recent, but most did not pan out well. Palmer was really good.
