the Hawks were never looking to tank, no matter how ppl misconstrued Ferry's comments the other day.

Apparently they really underestimated Granger's role in the locker room

That's what I think it is. They've been a completely different team since he was traded.

Paul George's crowning by the MSB was a bit premature it seems.
I said this a while back and people here acted like i was an idiot.

He's been flat out bad since the first month of the season

ESPN's player of the month candidates for March:

George scored 18 ppg on 37% shooting in March. Already crowned him though...

Millsap hurt his right thumb a couple seconds into the 3rd, prob done for the game (hopefully not longer).

Pacers making a little run, got some momentum going.

I agree that he got insanely overrated, but come on.

Since the end of November 21.3/6.9/3.6 He is only shooting 41%, but that is far from being "flat out bad"

Nuh uh. Nope. Go Hawks. Keep the Knicks out the playoffs.

Magic need the two lottery picks.

I'd be a bad GM. Tell Bud to take the rest of the year off, and take Korver and Millsap with him.

I'd do the same. But only GMs with job security can do that.

That's what is so fricking frustrating...Ferry and Bud have major job security.

Ferry has job security. tanking just doesn't fit in with the culture he's trying to create.

I didn't realize Ferry had that kind of security to be honest.

it's only Ferry's 2nd year. and in his first couple months he managed to trade Joe Johnson's seemingly untradeable deal, and somehow even flip Marvin Williams for an expiring. the Joe deal by itself probably got him some extra yrs.

he's done a good job rebuilding this current team on the fly and keeping cap flexibility, they've just had bad injury luck. jury's still out on his draft picks though.

Pacers look like a train wreck. HIbbert was benched for the entire second half, and for all the good Lance Stephenson can do, he showed tonight why some team is prob gonna regret overpaying him. dude does some really dumbass things.

they are turning on eachother.

seems like dumping Granger was a massive mistake for the locker room.

Who was the poster who earlier in the season suggested the Pacers had a good shot at the Bulls 72 win record?

I wanna say it was one of the bigger Lebron fans.

Ah, good times.
