If Peyton was on teams as talented as Dalton has been up to this point in his career he would have at worst taken them to the AFCCG.

I think I'm figuring it out.
1. You are only a "legit starting NFL QB" if you succeed despite a shitty roster
2. You must have won at least one playoff game

How can you say that when there were scouts (ie Dee Dee) telling him that he was a legit first rounder??
