I'd recommend the Red River Shootout between TX/OU

OU at WVU should be a good one and they play on one of your weekends that you're available.
It will be a night game, and it's any easy drive from the Pittsburgh airport.

Here's some out of the box games on the weekends you have available
10/22 - TCU @ WVU - Has the makings of a classic shootout.
11/5 - Oregon at USC Los Angeles, USC football, the biggest threat in the PAC 12 to USC's dominance in the Coliseum.
11/19 - Ohio St. @ Michigan St. - You saw the game last year from the Columbus perspective, go see it this year from the Lansing perspective.

That's extremely cheap. Did you crash on someones couch?
first thing I got was a flight since there'd really be no turning back after that, so I did that first. Somehow got lucky (this was July IIRC) and found roundtrip for about $250. Next went on stubhub and found a game ticket for about $160. I stayed 2 nights at a house on campus that was an Air BnB. It had about 5 bedrooms, each one with 2 or 3 cots. I had to walk through someone's bedroom to get to the stairs that led up to my room. Certainly not ideal but it was about $29 a night lol.

I have buddies that travel to most tOSU away games and they all say Iowa is the best time of any other place they travel. OSU @ Oklahoma will be my one travel game this year

Iowa may be cool but it just doesn't grab me, not sexy enough.

Washington hosts Oregon State in their homecoming for your October date. It won't be raucous, but it's a good fanbase with one of the best backdrops you can ask for.

This. We can switch L5U to 6SU.

it is if you ignore most of the criteria I gave.

I would attend OU @ WVU or Oregon @ USC. I think Morgantown would be a blast as a neutral observer.

cheapest flight is on united, with a layover, for $600. Yikes.

IDGAS about washington BUT it would be neat to see that part of the country and their stadiuim is badass. Very nice off the radar pick. I've been thinking of visiting the PNW for a while so this would be a great chance.
If you want to double it as a vacation, come earlier in the season, not mid November. I'd recommend the home game against Stanford in late September. It's on a Friday night on ESPN and there's a decent chance both teams will be ranked in the top 15 or so for the game. You have a much better chance at good weather visiting in September than you do November.
ETA: Never mind. Didn't read your available weekends close enough. But don't come to the PNW for a vacation outside the months of July-September, otherwise you're rolling a very unfavorable dice.

All of those weekends are road games for Oregon. You can see Oregon at USC November 5th. That would be worthwhile IMO
