It goes both ways. Banging in the post takes a toll on Griffin too. Gotta evolve sometimes.
No doubt. But it shouldn't become the foundation of his game like it is for Aldridge. The rest of the league is praying they keep seeing more Blake Griffin the jumpshooter. Plus, big men tend to get really comfortable when they add a jumpshot. Too comfortable often times.

Rasheed Wallace is the all time example. Guy had an unstoppable postgame early in his career. By the end he was just a chucker. Its a lot easier to just jack em up from the outside, instead of establishing post position all night, so guys fall in love with it.

I don't think it was anything serious, but they left him back in OKC during their road trip.

Not quite the same when you aren't returning a playoff team. The Rockets were projected by many to go to the Finals when they added Artest to Yao and McGrady. That team healthy was one of the deadliest teams I've ever seen.

The Pels aren't even a guaranteed playoff team healthy last year.

Thunder will likely re-apply for hardship waiver from league after Satirday's game. Per league rules, teams have to play 3 RS games first

Before they can get waiver. That would allow OKC to sign a 16th player. Teams must have 4 players expected to miss 2+ wks to get waiver.

Spurs have never scared me. Shoulda beat them last year, but of course, another injury (Ibaka).

Who knows how different Westbrook's injury is, but Anthony Davis broke a bone in his hand last year and only missed a little over two weeks. It was supposedly a 4-6 week injury, which is probably what they'll say for Westbrook.

If it's 1-2 weeks, I'll paypal you money.

I'm desperate for anything other than bad juju.

Glad you could manage to work in a shot at the Pelicans and suck off the Rockets all in one post responding to something that had nothing to do with either of those things

Oh give me a break. I've said many times here that I like the Pelicans. Anthony Davis and Omer Asik are ballers.
