from what i am told by my classmates, most of whom are from WV and went to undergrad here, many (certainly not all) of those perpetrating the craziest behavior are either from out of state or do not even go to school here. exhibit A:
the incident that occurred last year resulted in 2 arrests for those who turned a car over: 1, a WVU student from maryland, and the 2nd, a student who was visiting from U of S Carolina.

Well a majority of the school isn't even from WV, so lets not get facts in the way when throwing out blanket statements.

Well its one of the best party schools in the country with good sports. Close to the east coast. Lots of the NJ kids its cheaper than going in state and easier to get into.
