Played there in fall. No trees, wide open it is a nice layout. Was cold and wet when I played

morning gents. how is the golf going? i'm working on 5 weeks without touching a stick. going to ride it out for another 3 weeks or so and then start hitting the range first week of October (King Ranch style). feels so good to be off the grind.

There are teal somewhere? We haven't seen any at all. Haven't even heard of anybody having anything. Even in Gueydan. Hopefully that changes before the weekend.

Hoping to get an afternoon round in somewhere today. Santa Maria, pelican, or LSU. Not sure though.
And I'm counting down the days, more like 8 long weeks, til the fall run of specks hits the marsh. Should be a good one this year though.
