LSU just called me to say they lost my folder with all my paperwork for my GI bill and that they'll need all of my tax stuff for financial aid they lost that too. ..... These baws best stop playing with mah money

that's moving the ball. In the matchplay this weekend I saw some guys crush the driver. My game is weird, I can hit irons on a tour player avg but my driver is short. I hit several 170+ 8irons Saturday.

Lemme' tell you something ditch boy, I stood on 13's tee box yesterday with a strong wind right in my face. I watched bandit dink his shite, art nerd his, and joap smash a hybrid. I was perplexed. At that point I had an option:
NERD IT/NITRO IT
Lemme ask you this ditch boy, what do you think I did?
I stood over the ball with the 913, smooth take away, hit the switch and watched the bomb bay doors open. Flew it 270 yards into the wind. No roll out of course, as it was carts on path all day. I'm not sure what I was possessed with yesterday. Maybe it was destiny. Maybe is was all the weight training. Maybe it was God. Who knows?
But know this ditch boy:

On 12, I hit it to the end of the fairway. From the tips of course.
Not sure what that measured, but it was laser.
On 6, I had less than 100 into the green. No roll out of course. Fairways were soaked. All carry.
I think part of Art Vandelay's spleen is still on that tee box.

One other guy and I were the only real consistent golfers on our trip.
One of my buddies though, when he connects on one...oh my. On a par 5 that carried water off the tee (choose how far you wanna cut off), he connected on one that I thought was dead in the water because he went way after it. I waited for a splash and then you hear the ball hit this tree which was about 265 from the tees (shot it with the Bushnell). He hit the tree near the top and dropped in the fairway. If it wouldn't have hit the tree it would have been a BOMB.
He played a crazy hook over trees once too for about a 330 yard drive.

If hadn't been daisy cutting every last one of those fairways, it'd been tough.

Hope it works out well. I just went through the whole registration and financial process for the first time in over 36 years with my kid. Fortuantely the whole process went really smooth and the university was amazingly helpful. Even scheduling classes was a breeze; a far cry from back in the late 70's early 80's when I did it.

I used to have a ton of towels laying around. Still have a few from the Freeport McMoran days at English Turn.
Now I just collect the free towels they give us at scrambles and corporate outings; of course they're about the size of a face cloth and really aren't useful.

Art handed me a sleeve of the Tour preffered Taylor Mades he's been hitting.
I finished the round with the same ball I started with. Those little things are tough.
