But I seriously don't like this, with AB44 out the giants are going to be flinging it around like crazy, Carolina will put up at least 30-35 on the beat up secondary

The play would be Carolina, but who knows in this.. will probably lay off till 2ndH

You should put a big bet on the over.

It's hilarious how pissy you get when someone doesn't agree with you

aVa always disagrees with me just for the hell of it. He won't actually bet the over, that's my point.

i think it is just that I fade SMS the majority of the time, nothing against him.. he is a pretty good capper, especially in baseball

he is just to streaky to tail

WEEK 3
San Francisco -7

Houston P
Oakland +5

Not locked in. Pretty good numbers, especially if I can get .5 my way for SF, Detroit, Atlanta and GB.

I already locked in San Fran -7. Will probably lay something Thursday, but wait to see how my CFB weekend plays to make bets for Sunday.

I lean Detroit, even as a Titans fan. CJ has been horrendous, and our passing game doesn't look any better.

Offense is 22nd in passing yards, 32nd (last) in rushing yards.
Defense is 20th in passing yards allowed, 30th in rushing yards allowed.

Pretty abysmal.

I was actually quite surprised to see Detroit only 3 point favs, even on the road.

Just for the record. I tailed SMS on the giants/rockies under (7) tonight. don't ask me why. I figure I have to win at least once tailing him.

Every MLB bet I've seen he's hit. It's only been three, but I may tail some of those from him.

One piece of advice I think you should hear is, you need to have your own system and stick with it. You can't just jump around and place random plays based on random tails or decide one weekend to bet it all one one game and then the next weekend spread it out through 20 games. Not saying it is bad to vary your bets, but try to be consistent and hopefully in the long run you win over 50%. It just sounds like when I read your plays you are just like frick it I lost this bet so might as well bet this now etc. Again not trying to be a dick. I do the same thing sometimes.

You don't have to listen to me because this is a message board, but start tracking your plays more and see where you are winning and losing and try to establish your unit, make an excel sheet with all your plays throughout the year.

No you're right. First year for me and I've gotten overly excited about it. Was betting some of my plays out of boredom or for entertainment value.

I actually already made a spreadsheet that tracks my plays by league (NFL, NCAA, MLB, etc..). Something I'm starting this week, I made a list of plays I'm eyeing and keep track of the closing number daily throughout the week for those games.

After going back over my spreadsheets from the last two weeks, there were a lot of "boredom", "entertainment" and "frick it" bets that I'm going to eliminate. Once I took those out and only counted bets that I would have truly bet from my own system/opinion (for lack of a better term), my record wasn't THAT bad.

Here's to a better week.
