Have to love the saints line... they played terrible last week and still had a shot to win the game in the end... Saints by 10 in this one

If the offense can get it together, there's no reason we shouldn't cover (-2.5). It's our defense I'm worried about if Brees has another game like he did Sunday.

Anyone else looking at:

Baltimore (+1) (+110)
Baltimore (+2.5) (-105)
Baltimore ML (+117)

they play @ Philly

Just heard via ESPN radio that Kevin Kolb will most likely be the starter for their game at home against New England.

If SF will drop to (-7), I'd consider taking them. Their defense looks good.

Houston seems like they should cover (-9) EASY, but as somone mentioned earlier, it is a divisional game.

Saints Over at 50.5

SF -6.5 (normal juice)

Bet 1.5 units on both this week.

Good luck all

I initially thought this was a good number, but Carolina only dropped 10 points last week even though Newton threw for nearly 300 yards.

I don't see how anyone who watched the Saints can put their hard earned money on them. A rookie QB just shredded their defense. Not to mention the Saints just looked lost. The interim coach looked completely confused and I don't think he said a word the entire game. Not to mention Carolina seems to always give the Saints all they can handle. I love me some Saints, but when it comes to my money, I am happily on the home dog in this spot. Good Luck to everyone.

I agree, however I will say this; Drew made an uncharacteristic over throw to moore that led to an INT. Colston was virtually non existent and fumbled a ball straight into the endzone on a drive that would have been 7. Saints on offense shot themselves in the foot. They should correct it.

Defensively, same ole story as years past. Gives up lots of pass yards. BUT, the brighter side is that our run defense improved. If we can force Newton and that offense to be pass heavy and not kill ourselves offensively, we should have a win.

Anyone liking 49ers to cover (-7) or New England to cover (-14)?

I like NE better than SF. I'm not saying SF will lose, but you never know when Detroit will light it up with that offense. If they get going they could keep it close.

True. They seemed to handle Rodgers pretty well.

Random stat (per ESPN): Detroit hasn't won in San Fran since the 70's.

What's the consensus on the Lions' defense?

Pats were supposed to have a rough time on the road against Tenn. I can't imagine them not covering that smaller teased line at home against the Cards.

Saints/Panthers over/uder is 51
Saints over is 27

I'm kinda liking both of those numbers.

2* on Saints over 27 @ Carolina.

3-3 last week.

This week:

Green Bay -6
New Orleans -2.5
New England -13.5
San Francisco -6.5
Atlanta -3

Maybe:
Houston -7

Not locked in yet.

I'm hoping some anti-GB sentiment pushing their line down, as well as the Saints & the Falcons lines.
