Watching catching hell about the Cubs fan who interfered with the foul ball. I remember watching the game live and feeling bad for him. At the same time I was happy because I wanted the Marlins to win and to see Louisiana native Juan Pierre to win a ring. Very good documentary though

I've always felt bad for Bartman. Moises Aloud really fricked him over.

Many other fans were reaching for the ball too. It's ridiculous what they did to that guy.

Is it possible to feel bad for Bartman? Sure.

Does any baseball fan with half a brain know to interfere only with the opposing team going into the stands? Yes.

Dude has been offered six figure deals to appear on commercials, film and TV and has flatly refused.

Anyone know how old Bartman was when he interfered with that foul ball?

Any self-aware human whose team is that close to the World Series gets out of the way. That's not popular, but that's a fact.

That's bs. It's a normal reflex to grab a ball heading toward you that fast. He didn't have time to think about whether it was in play or not.

Every single person around him went for it. Complete human nature.

Not sure. Know someone that is a friend of his family. Doesn't provide much info about it, but says the guy is successful at work and still a big Cubs fan. I hope the Cubs win the World Series and Chicago apologizes.

Agreed. The whole situation with the Alou yelling and then the broadcasters keeping him on camera was ridiculous. Had they acted as they do when someone runs on the field and not shown him on camera it would have been so much different.

This all day. Moises Alou throwing a tantrum brought unnecessary attention to it. Old Piss Hands probably would've dropped it anyways.

The broadcasters really didn't need to show the closeups on Bartman at all. Show the one standard replay a time or two and move on.

Gonzalez booting a routine ground ball is more to blame than a fan reaching for a ball in foul territory.

What surprises me the most about the whole thing, is how mysterious Steve Bartman managed to become afterwards.
