OSU could drop to 3. Why would they drop to 4?
Ohio State and Clemson both have a much better SOS than Washington and both have 1 loss too.
It's gonna be:
1) Alabama
2) Clemson/Ohio State
3) Ohio State/Clemson
4) Washington
Assuming Clemson wins*
If Clemson loses, Wisconsin should be in with a win. If Clemson loses and Penn State wins, then we'll have a big debate between Penn State and Michigan.

If Clemson wins, they're no way they fall below #3. Actually, there's a much better chance that they'll move up to #2 than dropping to #4.

Correct.
If Clemson wins, Washington is absolutely the 4 seed. And they will get Alabama.
Clemson and Ohio State will play in Arizona. We just don't know if Clemson will be in Championship Orange or not.
