That ref should be fired right now. QB was not under pressure, receiver just ran wrong route. If ref can't see the difference he should not be on the field.

It was a 3-step drop - quick pass (the pass rush hadn't even gotten there yet)...and on replay it was really just behind the receiver who ran a slant in instead of staying flat.
