Eh. They certainly did in 2015, but the others years not so much.
Baylor fans didn't expect a ton out of this team (although I did expect us to beat yale).

Yale was only a 5 1/2 point underdog, and the line kept going down.
A lot of people saw this as a possibility. Virtually no one expected Georgia State to win.

Clearly not, but I've heard they aren't all that good or secretive about it. But in their defense, how else are you going to build a good squad when you're located in Waco and have to recruit against the SEC, Texas, aTm, etc...
