it did. there's some type of language in the sale agreement that the team won't move, and the new owners and Kohl will kick in for the new bldg.
they've got an interesting roster, with some bad contracts that can turn out ok (and possibly tradeable) if some guys can get healthy (Illyasova) and/ or stop being crazy (Larry Sanders). paying Mayo anything beyond the MLE was nuts, it's like the Bucks felt the need to overpay because they'd finally found someone to take their money. gotta think the new owners will clean house.
