OKC maintains focus and intensity and they win going away.

They still have the fundamental upper hand. They just got sloppy tonight on the road and the Warriors lit it up.

My biggest concern is having the series extend only leaves less in the tank for the Cavs in the Finals.

OKC trying so hard to convince themselves it's ok.

They played horribly in 3 facets of the game (shooting, not committing unforced turnovers, and rebounding) and lost by 9 on the road to a team they've blown out twice at home.

I think they have more than enough to feel ok.

Yes, you are nervous. I think OKC wins at home as well but when you give it a deep thought, GS only needs to win 1 road game. OKC will never play a series better than they have in this one. All it will take is one bad game or GS playing lights out.

Yeah this is why this game was important to OKC too, the Warriors' confidence was very low and this was the best time to finish them. After the Thunder made that run in the third I felt like they were about to run away with it but GS stuck with it, now it's down to one game.
But based on what we've seen so far, OKC should close this out on Saturday. Can Bogus stay out of foul trouble again?

Russ and KD tried to do waaaaaay too much hero ball early on. Get others involved just like they did to get up on Spurs and Warriors. However if they play hero ball again, it will give GS a chance.

That's absolutely a non issue

Yeah playing 2 straight intense 6 game seies against 67 and 73 win teams is no big deal and wouldn't take anything out of you. And the Cavs have just as difficult a road in the East. Good point.

I hoped we could steal this but knew it almost for sure wasn't going to happen.

If they can draw fouls better at home and be the same dominant rebound team they almost always are they'll win.

Dude the finals start on Thursday, if they win on Saturday they'll have five days of rest. That's more than enough....I'd say too much but that will help with Adams' injury

Anyway we can start putting the final score in the thread topic? I'm not talking about updating it after every possession but just after the game is finished

This. They just reverted back to the same old Thunder team during the regular season. Just contested shot after contested shot from Westbrook and Durant.

If they don't start playing "playoff" Thunder basketball, they will lose game 6 and subsequently the series

I mean, it's basically the first time we've seen it in several games. I'm confident they'll correct it.
