UNC vs Duke

We all need to start getting ourselves mentally ready for wednesdays showdown between the Heels and the Blue Devils. Duke is coming off the sexual assault at Clemson, and Carolina has been rather streaky lately but still winning.

Good idea. That will give me time to think about which team and coach I hate the least of the two revolting options and pull for the lesser of two evils.

I've been counting down the days. I was born in raised in Baton Rouge, but been a UNC fan since I was a little kid. I get more excited about this game than the superbowl or LSU playing in BCS national championship game.
Nothing is better than UNC vs. Duke
And I'm still shocked at the beatdown Clemson just put on Duke. I keep thinking that UNC will kill Duke. But you never know what's gonna happen in this game.

Carolina's lack of depth and lack of perimeter defense may get them run out of the gym. But then again they could play lights out.

Carolina's lack of depth? What. Yeah they are not as deep as they could be with the injuries. But they still can go 8 deep. UNC doesn't have 1 starter that averages more than 30 min a game. Besides, their starting 5 is better than Duke's.
The bottom line when it comes to UNC and playing defense is desire. There are times when it appears they strictly don't want to play defense. But when they do, the are the best team in the country.

They may be 8 deep, but their 3 coming off the bench are not playing well at all which limits their effectiveness. I agree their starting 5 are better than dukes.

They rarely look like they want to play defense. Green, and Ellington don't play much of it, and neither does lawson.
My whole point is, if they don't play perimeter defense, Duke will blow them out. What killed Carolina in the first game last year were turnovers. Mainly because Lawson didn't play. But Carolina can't turn the ball over alot against Duke and expect to win. The way duke is playing right now, they will either get hot again, or get run. one or the other. I hope its a great game and Carolina win.

i hope Gerald Henderson finished the job he started 2 years ago and takes out that cocksucker Hansbrough once and for all.
Even all the Duke haters out there have got to admit that Hansbrough is the biggest douche in sports outside of Phillip Rivers. I'll admit Laittner probably blew a few dudes while at Duke.
