Haven't watched much this season. It's the guy who owes all the back child support and can't see his kids until he pays it off.

Does Guida get a shot at the Maynard-Edgar winner if he wins? I know Pettis would still be in line if he wins.

good question, guida has nothing to lose but everything to gain. pettis didnt want to sit on the sidelines and wait, he wanted to stay active. pettis will win though

the Tony guy who is in the finale got drunk and started saying "Where's your son?!" to Charlie for pouring a drink on him. He knew charlie had a custody battle going for his son.

the winner's still probably going to have to fight again before the title shot with Edgar still being out and still having to rematch Maynard. Sucks for Pettis but I guess if you were going to be champ you feel like you should beat Guida and Jim Miller or whoever also.

I think he should be, but more than likely he is one win away. Jim Miller almost has to get the next shot if he beats Bendo. If Miller loses, I think either Guida or Gilbert get the next shot.

imagine a Maynard vs Jim Miller title fight. It would probably get lower ratings then a re-run of UFC Unleashed.

Just heard UFC is about to sign Melendez to a new contract allowing him to fight for both UFC & Strikeforce, so he might be jumping everyone including Pettis.

Nah, he had to take some time off to heal up and may have surgery but he is back at it.

How can anyone root against Clay Guida? He's like the champion of the underdogs.

If Guida shaved his head he would be out of the UFC in 3 months.

Because his death by Koala Bear style sucks.

Que? Why is he an underdog? Also if you are a champion of underdogs, does that make you the best at not being that good or something? What does this even mean?

Where did you hear that? I see Tim at Red's 3 mornings a week working out with Jules (Ultimate Fighter season 8 alum) and Dustin (current UFC fighter, acutally fighting at the next PPV).

Tim has his own Martial Arts school in Scott also. Gladiators Academy. He also frequents the one in Baton Rouge.

He is in very good shape and more than ready for this fight.

hopefully the ring rust doesnt hurt him too bad. His striking looked pretty much improved against Quarry so Herman on the feet shouldn't be a problem. Then i guess its just bjj vs wrestling.
