I'm 3-3 so far. Am going with Dos Santos here.

Varner is the only fight I've picked wrong here at home. UFC's become a bet on the favorite sport for the most part.
If you do some homework and read up on the fighters, watch their fights and compare tendencies you can spot the fighters that have the better opportunities to win.
Then alot of it is just going on a hunch, like the women's fight tonight. Not sure if the decision was correct, but I got lucky just by picking the underdog.
JDS probably wins this, but I like Miocic more and will be rooting for him. He's also the safer bet as long you understand you're taking the same risks throwing away money on either fighter, it just takes less dollars to place your bet on the underdog in this one.
I think JDS/Miocic is a very even match up. Should be an interesting one.

Who won the 1st round? My dvr fricked up and I missed minutes 2-4

Stipe dominated.

I think he won that second round too. Both landed some nice shots, but Stipe had the lone takedown, and landed the knee buckler punches.

dos Santos looking rough and tired. Stipe getting some good shots in

They're both tired as shite. I'll be surprised if this makes it to the 5th round. Might be over in the next 4 minutes.

Good fight so far, Stipe 20-18.

Stipe's gassed beyond repair.

damn, this is a great fight.

3rd definitely Junior's round
Posted on 12/13/14 at 9:16 pm to Sleazy E
that was probably a 10-8 round for JDS
Posted on 12/13/14 at 9:17 pm to CtotheVrzrbck
Even worse, he's now got Stipe all gassed and loosened up.
Posted on 12/13/14 at 9:18 pm to CtotheVrzrbck
Nah, close but I cant see that. You saw what dos anjos had to do to get 2 judges to give him 10-8 earlier.
ETA Big 10-9 round, though.
