Not sure. He just didn't seem right from the opening bell. Not to take anything away from Luke.

So apparently he only had to cut like 7 lbs for the Weidman fight but then got back up over 200 against Dolloway.

I almost want Vitor to beat Weidman just so I can watch Rockhold get revenge and absolutely destroy that juice monkey.

Vitor isn't on the juice anymore though. Unless he catches Weidman early, it's going to be 5 rounds of smothering.

And of course Machidatards on Sherdog are saying Rockhold only won because of a "12-6 elbow to the back of the head."

Edit: And that Machida concussed himself when he slipped.

Elbow looks like it lands on the temple to me

I still don't understand the 12-6 rule either. Is this only illegal when you're in top position?

I don't understand how a BJJ black belt looks so helpless on the ground?

I would think it should be like wrestling a ball of snakes.

He looked like crap. Relies too much on being confusing and awkward standing up. Confused himself and slipped on the mat.

I was disappointed. I was hunkered down on the couch ready for a few rounds. If Machida was not still wobbly to start the second he needs to hang em up. He did not want to be there. OR, he just knew he could not see straight and was just trying to keep from getting his jaw broken.

Machida was clearly still wobbled. Rockhold looked incredibly impressive. If only he wasn't such a fricking arrogant prick.

Rockhold has the same skill mma bjj as machida he's also younger bigger and stronger.

Pretty sure lyoto got a tbi. His standup wasn't bad and was landing clean although not hurtful shots. Once the slip he was a fish outta water. Rockhold was impressive but he seems like an a-hole

Rockhold is legit on the ground and is a big dude. Look at pics of him sparring against Cain @ AKA.
I honestly think Machida's corner should've thrown in the towel between rounds. That elbow sounded NASTY.

You could tell he didn't know where he was at walking to his corner

And the "doctor" only asked him one question.

I'm not high on arrogant, alpha male D-bags, but Luke is pretty funny. And it is part of the "show" aspect of MMA.

Luke rockhold has been a beast lately

Lately? He has always been a beast except for that one fight against super roid Vitor.

Luke is a BIG middleweight. Could easily move up to 205.

Rockhold vs Bones in 2016?

Moving up would be the dumbest thing ever. Why do that when he can easily make weight and is the best dude in the division?
