Not sure how many of you are UFC fans. But Jon Jones was questioned by police in a hit-run LINK

Nothing happened to Rampage in 08. He'll be fine.

Agreed, and Rampage's ordeal was way worse.

Jon was probably high out of his mind and had illegal things in his vehicle so he took off. Smart move on his part. He can turn himself in all sobered-up with his fancy attorney tomorrow and pay a fine for a meaningless misdemeanor.

I think he has up to 4 weeks to turn himself in actually.

The crime is classified as a misdemeanor, but one witness places Jones at the scene. Police are still currently looking to get Jones’ side of the story and no arrest warrant is planned to be issued at this time. A summons will be issued, however, and Jones will have four weeks to show in court. Should he fail to appear in court, a warrant will be issued for his arrest.

He's just living the Ric Flair life.

Exactly. In 10-20 years the UFC will be the biggest sports organization on the planet yet they try to keep us in one thread

I hope everyone wants to see this guy fight one more time so he can make some money to pay for his shenanigans.

It peaked long ago and PPV sales are declining. Their #1 mistake was focusing on their brand more than their stars.

Just went back and saw it

Thread anchored. Makes sense. We are the most disciplined group. We keep EVERYTHING in one thread, we ignore all trolls and flame attempts but we get anchored from time to time because a couple of admins hate our sport.

Spot on imo

What do they expect? A new thread for every single event? Other sports don't have to do that....

They have never anchored the mma mega threads in the past. Why now?
