Because if a requirement of a job or role is to be a fit and attractive woman, you are a horrible person these days.

Maybe it was the repetitive use of the word "nude" that got people so fired up?

No its the use of the word "tan" and then showing a white girl.

Don't these schools realize they have to pander to the libtards by now?

A Facebook backlash began building online immediately, and the infographic — modeled after similar ones posted by Washington State University and Louisiana State University — was removed before 9 a.m. Tuesday.

“I can’t believe this is real,” said UW student Jazmine Perez, director of programming for student government, via email.

“One of the first things that comes mind is objectification and idealization of Western beauty, which are values I would like to believe the University doesn’t want to perpetuate,” she said. “As
a student of color who looks nothing like the student in the poster, this feels very exclusive.”

The only outcry was from some students, social media. I guess they were supposed to put 10 girls on one poster from every background.

Who cares? What does she think the role of a cheerleader is?

College students don't live in reality, so it's a trifle complaint about nothing.

Well, considering that is the only ethnicity that isn't born with a tan, it made the ad much easier instead of putting pictures of 6 different races.

Not everyone is lucky to be born with a tan, One type of DNA has to get sunburned for one, & takes constant maintainance

Millennials can't comprehend that colored hair and tatts indicates a propensity toward opiates.

It's really going to suck getting scrutinized about the ones that don't make it. Won't be able to write down too fat

I don't know if we should be gloating or mocking the SJW's here. With their recent track records of success on college campuses over the past 5 years, I wouldn't be surprised to see some of the more liberal schools like Cal and Stanford start having fatties and uglies on their squads very soon.

I didn't read the article, but looking at the picture I cannot figure out what the complaint is.

What's the big deal with any of it?

Reading around, those that are mad say how could this include blacks if they are saying get a tan or spray tan? Dumb argument to me because the poster is basically saying don't be pasty white.

Now this can turn out like the NFL concussions. When the cheerleaders get skin cancer from suntanning they will sue the school.

Looks like her left leg has some circulation problems, she might want to get that checked out.

It's completely merit based. If you can withstand the physical requirements of cheerleading, you'll have a good chance of making it. Fatties wouldn't last a minute. The ones that CAN withstand it, are normally attractive.
