Or you could go to the cotton bowl vs tamu and see a guy who outshone Peterson. Mathieu will be a success wherever he goes. Haters well they will routinely hate.

He's NOT THAT GOOD!!! he just makes plays, thats it!!

What was he the best at at LSU? Certainly wasn't covering people, which is a crucial part of a CBs game in the NFL.

Mathieu was actually a really good cover corner. McCarron made 3-4 passes where on the receiver could get it that were perfect. Mathieu was in the right position but he couldn't get to those balls.

Every since then, every Bama fan has been saying that he is terrible.

Maybe McCarron just played great? Things happen. TM7 can play cover corner just fine.

TM will never, and I repeat NEVER outshine Pat Pete as a cover corner. Never in the history of everdom... Never

There's a list a mile long of players who were deemed too short or too small to play in the NFL who ended up good nfl players. Tyrann is small but he doesn't play small.

Yep, that's not much at all.

I'm not sure he was comparing himself to Jesus... I think he was comparing the situation of people not believing.

He's just another example of people who think they are fricking amazing when they haven't done shite.

Im sure becoming a Heisman finalist as a defensive player qualifies as "havent done shite"

Then you must forget PP7 giving up a couple touchdowns and yards in that game while HB was doing this

The guy has the most natural ball skills I have ever seen. That makes up for a lot of marginal deficiencies in things like 40 time. His break on the ball in coverage is second to none.

Both Jesus and Mathieu's NFL career=things that are non-existant.

I can't cheer for a college athlete who routinely failed drug tests (mary j out of all the drugs) and has done nothing to help his problem.

the guy had a free ride, free tutors, free transportation and while throwing that all away he could have been the deciding factor in those close games we lost.

I think he's selfish, and I really question his desire to play. His agent will wind up taking 35% of everything if not more.
